Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works primarily with women who feel anxious, confused, or torn in their relationships. Many describe living with two different people, never knowing which version they’ll get, and over time that unpredictability erodes their stability and self-trust.

Have you ever felt like you were walking on eggshells, constantly being blamed, questioning your own reality, or wondering whether you’re the problem?

I help clients make sense of these experiences and recognize patterns that may be contributing to their distress.

My background includes supporting survivors of intimate partner abuse and women in emotionally unhealthy, coercive, and controlling relationships. I specialize in helping clients rebuild boundaries, strengthen their sense of self, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Outside of the office, I spend my time with my family, friends, and pets. I have a soft spot for both rom coms and horror films. I love traveling, anything with a retro vibe, tacos and sushi. I run on coffee, and I have a full blown fascination with dinosaurs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients make sense of experiences that have left them feeling confused, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we explore relationship patterns, power dynamics, and the impact those experiences have had on your thoughts, emotions, and sense of self.

I have a laid-back style and believe therapy works best when you can show up as yourself. I value honesty, authenticity, and appropriate humor, even when we’re discussing difficult topics. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being real, while also challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I help women recognize unhealthy and coercive relationship behaviors, rebuild trust in their own perceptions, and separate fear, guilt, and self-doubt from what they genuinely want and need. Rather than telling clients what decisions to make, I focus on helping them gain the clarity, confidence, and self-trust needed to make those decisions for themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your relationship concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping will be different as a result of our work together.

Many of my clients come in feeling confused, second-guessing themselves, or unsure whether what they’re experiencing in their relationship is “bad enough” to talk about. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. My role is to help you make sense of what’s been happening and begin identifying the patterns that may be contributing to your distress.

You’ll have plenty of space to share your story, ask questions, and discuss your goals for therapy. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can focus our work moving forward.
