Hi. I am a LCSW that has been practicing independently for a good 20 years. I offer in-person and virtual options for appointments but only work 9-5 M-F. I have been at this awhile so my schedule runs tight but I try to work appointments based on your needs too.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to make sure clients can pull themselves back from intensity with their thinking (CBT approach) and then see what would help make them move through life free and easy. Many times I use EMDR to lighten the emotional, psychological baggage you are carrying around.

What you can expect from our first session

I want clients to sense my hope that small steps in the right direction can improve things. My spunk can be felt in the room as I really do see people's circumstances, outlook, and lives improve regularly.
