Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Master's from the University of Southern California (USC) and have been practicing for 5 years. I help adults and teenagers be able to sift through negative thoughts and provide insight into patterns or cycles that show up in your life to help you be the best you can be.

My approach to therapy

I love working with clients that are wanting to better understand themselves and how they interact with the world. The clients I work with understand to better help themselves is to reflect on their life and how it has brought them to where they are now. I work with my clients on identifying patterns, processing them, and working on changes that can be made to improve the quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients are able to take away a better understanding of themselves and skills to help them get to that better place. The therapeutic journey can be hard so clients will also be able to take away more empathy towards themselves in regards to where they are.
