Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Angie Rumaldo, a licensed psychologist and psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, integrative care for children, adults, couples, and families. I take a whole-person approach, combining therapy and medication management to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and complex mental health conditions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and in control of your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic and integrative approach to mental health, recognizing that emotional, mental, and physical well-being are deeply connected. My practice blends therapy with medication management when appropriate, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized treatment plan. I prioritize collaboration, tailoring each session to my client’s unique needs and goals. Whether working with children, adults, couples, or families, I create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a compassionate, engaging, and solution-focused environment where they feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help clients gain insight, be challenged and develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience to navigate life’s challenges. Sessions focus on fostering self-awareness, improving relationships, and promoting overall well-being. Ultimately, clients leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of themselves, feeling more empowered to take control of their mental health and personal growth.
