Great to meet you!

I’m a cognitive psychologist and therapist who specializes in supporting women and families through the emotional and identity shifts that come with motherhood and parenting. I work with mothers and fathers experiencing burnout, anxiety, ADHD, and the overwhelm of trying to hold everything together. I’m also certified in perinatal mental health and have been supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood for almost a decade. I also work with fathers navigating the transition to parenthood and family life. My goal is to offer a warm, compassionate space where you feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I help clients slow down and make sense of what they’re feeling so they can respond to life with more clarity and confidence. Together we explore the pressures, expectations, and patterns that can make motherhood and family life feel overwhelming. I also incorporate nervous system awareness and practical tools to help you regulate stress and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. My goal is to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater self-trust and support.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know how your brain works and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your current challenges, your life, and what you’re hoping might feel different with support. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We’ll also talk about what working together might look like and any goals you may have for therapy. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where you may need support and where you’re already doing well.
