Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 24 years. I have expertise in helping children, adolescents and adults recover from traumatic experiences/events in their lives. In order that we strive and move forward despite whatever obstacles we might face in life, we must instill the concept of RESILIENCY in our children, adolescents and adults. Resiliency teaches us to continue to move forward despite the obstacles we face.

My approach to therapy

My mission is to heal the mind and improve lives. I provide individual, couples, family and group counseling services. I help you resolve unresolved matters that interferes with your daily functioning. I treat anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I utilize an integrative approach utilizing CBT, EMDR, DBT, SFBT and Trauma-infromed practices to help you live your best life. These approaches strive to build awareness of the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
