Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming or painful, it can be hard to find your way forward. I use a person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused approach to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Professional School Counselor with over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults across many life stages. I am EMDRIA-approved and specialize in grief and loss, including pregnancy and infant/child loss.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with a strong, trusting relationship. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can move at your own pace and feel safe exploring difficult experiences. Together, we’ll gently process grief, anxiety, and past trauma while building emotional regulation, self-understanding, and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step can feel like the hardest part, but you don’t have to do it alone. In our first session, we’ll begin building a connection and creating a space where you feel comfortable and understood. From there, we’ll move forward together, at your pace, toward healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.
