I take a whole-person approach to psychiatric care—recognizing that your mental health is deeply connected to your physical, emotional, and social well-being. My goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to understand you as a complete individual with a unique story, values, and life circumstances.
Drawing from many years of experience working in psychiatry, along with doctoral-level training at Rush University’s Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program, I bring both clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to every patient interaction. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to empower others—so they can live healthier, more fulfilling lives both mentally and physically.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I do not believe in forcing treatment or pushing medications. Instead, I offer education and guidance so that you can make informed decisions about your care. At every step, I will support you in creating a care plan that aligns not only with best clinical practices, but also with your personal goals, preferences, and values.
Ultimately, you are the expert on your life—and you are in control of your care plan. My role is to walk alongside you, offering insight, support, and scientifically informed options that help you move toward stability, healing, and long-term wellness.
