Great to meet you!

When anxiety and old wounds start showing up in every corner of your life, it can feel like you're fighting on too many fronts at once. Maybe you're managing a mental health struggle alongside a substance use challenge, or carrying trauma that has quietly shaped how you move through the world. You don't have to keep pushing through alone. I work with adolescents and adults who are ready to start untangling what's been holding them back — and building something more sustainable in its place. My doctoral training in integrated behavioral health means I think about you as a whole person: your mental health, your history, and the life you actually want to be living.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and grounded. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care — not because I follow a script, but because I pull from what actually fits your situation. Together, we'll look at the patterns keeping you stuck, build concrete coping skills, and work toward goals that make real sense for your life. I believe you are the expert on yourself. My job is to give you better tools and a space where you can use them honestly, without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask about what brought you here, your history, and what you're hoping for — and you'll have space to ask me questions about how I work. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll identify your priorities together and start mapping a direction. Most people leave the first session with more clarity about what they want to work on, even if the full picture isn't drawn yet.
