Great to meet you!

My name is Aniett and I am a bi-lingual licensed professional counselor. I strive to provide individuals of diverse backgrounds with a therapy experience that is authentic, relaxing, fun, and a place of connection. My work draws from experience of working with individuals who have struggled with addictions, substance use, generational and cultural trauma, and overall life changes.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is solution-focused & strength-based, drawing from different styles such as CBT, family systems, narrative therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I am also able to provide Christian Counseling with clients who would prefer a faith-based background.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, the most important factor for me is drawing a strong therapeutic foundation early on in which you feel supported, heard, and ready to reach your therapeutic goals. I like to make sure therapy is challenging, but also fun & inviting.
