Great to meet you!

If you are constantly living on high alert, feeling overwhelmed by past trauma, recent painful event, or managing the high-pressure anxiety of the tri-state area, you do not have to carry the weight alone. I am here to help. My practice operates under the philosophy of Kizuna—building a strong, safe bond where you can unpack your heaviest moments without any judgment. Because of my background in psychiatric care, I am uniquely equipped to help you feel safe in your skin using simple, practical tools like CBT and gentle body-centered practices. Whether you want to integrate a, faith-based perspective into your healing or simply need a grounded space to process your pain, we will work entirely at your own pace to help you find genuine peace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored entirely to your unique needs. I blend evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reframe negative thought loops with trauma-informed and body-centered somatic practices to safely calm your nervous system. Above all, I practice from a person-centered foundation, creating a non-judgmental space where your personal values, strengths, or faith can be integrated into your healing journey at your own pace."

What you can expect from me

Revisiting painful chapters takes immense courage. I provide a deeply compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive virtual space where we work entirely at your pace. Together, we will transform old survival mechanisms into unshakeable personal strengths.

First, we will Set the Foundation by establishing our clinical relationship, ensuring you feel completely safe, heard, and in control of the pace from the very first minute.

Next, I will seek to understand Your Story: We will gently map out what brought you to therapy—whether you are navigating trauma, overwhelming anxiety, or the heavy weight of depression—and explore your personal goals for healing.

Then we will create a Clear Road Map: By the end of the session, we will outline a simple, collaborative plan tailored to you. You will walk away knowing exactly how we will use practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and genuine peace.
