Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist who works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning individuals who are used to showing up for everyone else—at work, in relationships, and within their families—but are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to set boundaries without guilt.

My clinical training focuses on mood and anxiety disorders, identity development, and relational patterns. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, break out of people-pleasing patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to their time, energy, and relationships.

I work with adults who are ready to look inward, gain insight into their patterns, and make meaningful changes that support a more balanced and aligned life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and insight-oriented. I believe that meaningful change happens when we not only learn new skills, but also develop a deeper understanding of the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how we move through the world.

In our work together, we may explore things like anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, relationship dynamics, and the pressures that often come with being a high-achieving or highly responsible person. Along the way, I help clients strengthen boundaries, build self-trust, and make choices that feel more aligned with their values.

I tend to balance reflection with practical tools so that sessions feel both supportive and productive. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious about your own experiences, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

For clients who value faith or spitituality, I am also open to incorporating those perspectives into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time discussing your current concerns, any relevant background, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process.

My goal during this session is to create a comfortable space where you can speak openly without feeling rushed or judged. I’ll also ask questions that help me better understand your experiences, patterns, and the areas of your life that may feel most challenging right now.

By the end of the session, we’ll typically begin identifying some initial goals for therapy and talk about how we might work together moving forward. You’re also welcome to ask any questions you may have so that you can decide whether I feel like a good fit for you.
