Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional burnout, and stress related to the many roles and responsibilities we carry in life. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear strong and capable on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or unsure how to slow down and regain balance.

I work with women and men experiencing anxiety, high stress, caregiver burnout, and the emotional shifts that often occur during major life transitions. For some clients, these transitions may involve career pressure, relationship changes, parenting challenges, health concerns, or the emotional changes that can accompany midlife and perimenopause.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I integrate evidence-based strategies with real-life tools that help clients build emotional resilience, improve self-awareness, and develop healthier ways to manage stress and anxiety. Together we focus on strengthening coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and creating sustainable change that supports your overall well-being.

I also have experience supporting athletes and high-performing individuals who are navigating performance pressure, identity shifts, or the mental demands that often come with competitive environments.

Therapy is a space where you can pause, process what you are carrying, and reconnect with your strength, clarity, and direction.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or mentally exhausted, you do not have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that healing happens in a supportive and trusting relationship where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Together, we explore what’s working in your life and what needs attention, helping you find clarity and confidence to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, my main goal is to hear your story and get to know you as a whole person. I want to understand what brought you to therapy, what has been working in your life, and what feels challenging right now. This session is a space for you to share openly while we begin to explore your goals and how we can work together to achieve them.

I approach the first visit with attentiveness, empathy, and a collaborative mindset. Together, we’ll discuss your priorities, identify areas where support can make the biggest difference, and start to outline a plan that is tailored to your needs. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that we are partnering to help you create meaningful change.
