Great to meet you!
You are the person everyone depends on—but lately, you may be wondering who is taking care of you.
On the outside, you appear strong, capable, and successful. Inside, you may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overstimulated, or disconnected from yourself. You keep managing work, relationships, parenting, caregiving, and everyone else’s needs, but it is becoming harder to quiet your mind or feel like yourself again.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults—especially women—navigate anxiety, burnout, ADHD-related overwhelm, relationship stress, caregiver fatigue, and major life transitions. I also support women experiencing the emotional changes that can accompany perimenopause and midlife, including increased anxiety, irritability, low confidence, difficulty concentrating, and the unsettling feeling that something has changed.
My approach is warm, honest, practical, and collaborative. Therapy with me is not about sitting silently while you try to figure everything out alone. We will identify what is keeping you stuck, understand the patterns beneath your stress, and develop realistic tools that work in your actual life. Together, we can strengthen boundaries, improve emotional regulation, rebuild confidence, and help you feel more grounded and in control.
I also work with athletes and high-performing individuals navigating performance anxiety, pressure, identity changes, and the expectation to always be strong.
You do not have to wait until you completely fall apart to ask for support. Therapy can be the place where you finally put down what you have been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and decide what you want the next chapter of your life to feel like.
If you are ready to feel clearer, lighter, and more like yourself again, I would be honored to support you.
