Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Aniriel — and I genuinely believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter where you're starting from. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've had the honor of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through some of life's most difficult moments — from grief and trauma to anxiety, crisis, and everything in between.

My approach is warm, real, and rooted in evidence-based care. Whether we're working through loss, navigating emotional overwhelm, or building the coping tools that actually stick, I'll meet you exactly where you are — with compassion, without judgment, and with a whole lot of heart. I offer services in both English and Spanish, because everyone deserves access to support in the language that feels most like home.

With a background in school counseling, community grief work, and clinical counseling, I've spent years in the trenches with real people facing real struggles. That experience has shaped me into a clinician who doesn't just treat symptoms — I see the whole person. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, and I'm endlessly committed to making sure every client feels seen, safe, and supported.

If you're ready to take that first step — or even if you're just a little curious — I'd love to connect. You don't have to have it all figured out to start. Let's figure it out together.

My approach to therapy

A safe space where you can just be you

At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief: you deserve to feel truly heard. Not managed. Not rushed. Not judged. Just genuinely seen — exactly as you are, right now, in this moment.

My style is warm and nurturing, because I know that real change doesn't happen in a cold, clinical room. It happens when you feel safe enough to let your guard down. Whether you're a child struggling to name what they're feeling, a teen carrying more than they should, or someone navigating the raw weight of grief or trauma — I'll be in your corner every step of the way.

"I don't just want you to cope — I want you to heal, grow, and feel like yourself again."

What you can expect from me

our first session

No pressure. No script. Just a real conversation.

All sessions are virtual — meet from wherever you feel most comfortable

Starting therapy can feel like a big deal — and honestly? That makes complete sense. Whether you're feeling nervous, relieved, or somewhere in between, I want you to know that there is no wrong way to show up to your first session.

Our first meeting is a gentle blend of structure and open conversation. I'll guide us through some getting-to-know-you questions, but there's always plenty of room for you to share what's on your mind — at your own pace, in your own words.
