Dr. Aniruddha Deka

I am a Yale-trained, double board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders.

I received my medical degree from Gauhati Medical College and subsequently completed my residency at Rush University and fellowship at Yale University.

Our first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I will ask about your history, current concerns, and what's brought you in, and you are welcome to ask me anything too. My goal by the end is for us to have a shared understanding of what's going on and a rough plan for next steps, whether that is lifestyle modification, medication, further evaluation, psychotherapy, or neuromodualtion.
