Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where adolescents and families feel heard, understood, and supported. I have extensive experience working with children, teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, performance anxiety, student athlete balance, parent-child conflict, and life transitions. I work collaboratively with adolescents while also helping parents feel supported and better equipped to strengthen connection and communication at home. My goal is to help others build confidence, develop healthy coping skills and move through life's challenges with greater resilience.

My approach to therapy

My background includes many years working in group homes and short-term residential treatment programs, where I supported youth navigating complex emotional and environmental challenges. This experience shaped my trauma-informed approach and my deep respect for each young person’s story.

What you can expect from me

I have personal experience with struggling with vulnerability so I understand the importance of everyone deserving a safe space without judgment and the power of human connection. For those interested in sport related support, I am a division 1 retired athlete and have been in the shoes of your young athletes.
