I’m Anisha Dhan, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult psychiatric conditions. My expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. I provide comprehensive medication management and collaborate closely with clients to ensure personalized, evidence-based care. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and am dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability and improved quality of life.

I combine evidence-based pharmacological treatment with psychoeducation to empower clients in managing their mental health.
