Great to meet you!

In my work as a mental health counselor, I bring tools, education, and a commitment to helping you see the possibilities for a positive present and future. I can help you process what is going on and offer skills to support you, but it's your dedication to taking action that truly drives results. With a total of 5 years of experience in community mental health, inpatient behavioral health, and school-based therapy, I am familiar with a diverse set of populations and needs.

My approach to therapy

I offer Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and person-centered therapy to help teens and adults identify and change irrational thoughts and behaviors, and I offer play therapy and solution-focused therapy to help children as young as 3 years old express themselves and work through problems with the support of their family or guardians.

What you can expect from me

I acknowledge the challenges you are going through, and they are valid. I am here to help you navigate through them when you are ready. Together, we can make your goals a reality! Don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation.
