Great to meet you!

I began my psychology education at Georgian Court University and went on to earn my Master’s degree at Monmouth University. As a BIPOC provider, I bring unique perspectives and insights to my practice. I also hold a title of an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). This national, advanced certification serves as a testament to my commitment to delivering high-quality supervision to counselors in training. I find fulfillment in problem-solving, seeking to understand the underlying causes of behaviors to transform them into constructive influences for the future.

My approach to therapy

I primarily enjoy working with individuals and couples, addressing shifts in family dynamics, adapting to parenthood, relationship issues, and significant life events. Recently, I have furthered my education and practical skills in Maternal mental health Pre/Postpartum care. I tailor my methods to your specific needs and desires, collaborating with you to achieve realistic goals that align with your aspirations.

What you can expect from me

I possess an open-minded, supportive, and empathetic approach. I have gained experience in various settings, including adult inpatient and outpatient services, ranging from mental health and substance use programs to in-home therapy for clients aged 15 years and younger. My approach is not a “one size fits all” solution; I believe in a non-judgmental approach that encourages us to show ourselves grace during challenging times.
