Therapy can be a healing and redemptive space when you're ready. In my practice I aim to bring humor, empathy and compassion to the room and meet you where you're at on your journey. My goal is to leave you feeling more confident, assured and self-aware. In my private practice I work with young adults in areas of trauma, attachment, imposter syndrome and life transitions. I have specific areas of expertise with adoptees, and those who have experienced trauma in childhood.

I am best known by my clients for the humor and honesty I bring to every session. I firmly believe that therapy works best when a playful, compassionate space is created to build relationship together towards healing. In my practice I focus on the role of attachment throughout a person's lifetime and ongoing impact of relationships. Starting where the client is with the tools the client has available to them in the present is an ongoing focus of my work.

My hope is clients have the opportunity to walk away from the therapy space feeling lighter, understood and heard throughout therapy. Additionally to walk away from every appointment with tangible skills to begin moving forward.
