Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated LCSW with 25 years of experience. I obtained my MSW from USC and a BA in psychology at UCLA. I am skillful in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and specializes in women's health, stress management and trauma-informed care. My approaches are rooted in evidence-based outcomes and best clinical practices. I utilize mindfulness /self-awareness techniques to help clients develop coping and problem-solving skills, so they can achieve their goals and positive lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Life is not as simple as a straight line, but a series of twist and turns, which can appear challenging. I believe that everyone can overcome these hurdles, if clients are given the right set of coping tools, problem-solving strategies, and a skilled therapist to help coach them through this process. This is where I come in! I can help with all your therapeutic needs. We can travel the road to self-discovery and embark on this journey into mental health and wellness together!

What you can expect from me

I bring a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental style, thus creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and validated. Our therapy sessions are designed to engage and empower you to overcome challenges and lead a fulfilling and well-balanced life.
