Dr. Anita Farrell

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have a doctorate level of education with an additional 12 years of training and experience in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues. I am autism informed and ASDCS certified. I have an interest and experience in a broad range of concerns including depression (including post partum), anxiety, bipolar, neurodivergent issues (ADD, AuDHD, ASD, OCD), trauma, gender identification, anger management, and life stage adjustment.

I believe in a thorough discovery of what makes you, you. We start with a detailed intake and diagnosis. Our collaboration will begin with current stressors and curiosities. We will then journey through your past, present and vision for the future to help you understand your strengths, preferences. thought patterns, and behaviors. This will assist you in moving toward acceptance and/or change. Evidence based psychotherapies and treatments will be used, however, you will feel a genuine appreciation for who you are, where you have been, and where you want to go.

You are the expert on you. I will walk with you and guide you to unlock the pieces to put your "puzzle" together. I will assist you with learning the words and understanding to describe your human experience. Together we will make a great team moving you in the direction of your goals, at your pace, with respect for your identity as a unique individual.
