My approach to therapy

Anita's approach to therapy includes: a client-centered and interactive approach, along with solution-focused cognitive-behavioral and psychoeducational strategies (individual. Couples, and group). Using these helping tools, I teach clients how to rebuild their lives by identifying and tapping into sources of inner strength, persevering, and becoming more resilient. This process of self-discovery and self-care often leads to wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.
