Great to meet you!

You may be the person everyone depends on, while privately feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what to do next. You may be carrying anxiety or depression, navigating family or relationship challenges, or trying to manage the many responsibilities that come with being a woman, partner, parent, or caregiver. Therapy gives you a place to talk honestly about what’s happening, understand what you’re experiencing, and feel supported without judgment.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, women’s issues, family issues, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and practical. I believe therapy should meet you where you are while helping you develop a clearer understanding of what you’re experiencing and what you want to change.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavioral Management to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we’ll look at patterns that may be contributing to distress, build practical skills for managing difficult emotions and stress, and explore healthier ways of responding to everyday challenges. Our work will be collaborative and focused on strategies that make sense for your life, rather than expecting you to fit into a predetermined approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Our sessions will give you space to talk honestly about what’s happening, identify what matters most to you, and work through challenges at a pace that feels manageable. We’ll focus on practical, meaningful steps that can help you feel more confident in handling your emotions, relationships, responsibilities, and life transitions. We can start with where you are, focus on what matters most to you, and take the next step together.
