Great to meet you!

Old wounds and present-day challenges can quietly run in the background, showing up when you least expect them. I’m Anita, a licensed English and Spanish - speaking Bilingual Therapist who works with teens, adults, seniors, and military members navigating symptoms, concerns and individual needs. I bring support, and a steady non-judgmental presence so that the process feels manageable and meaningful. Together, we work as a team to create new ways of coping, better understand the patterns that may no longer serve you, and build a path toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you want.

My approach to therapy

During our sessions, I incorporate evidence-based mental health treatment approaches to help you build practical skills that address your symptoms, concerns, and individual needs. We’ll work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you, with the goal of helping you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are insightful, purposeful, and collaborative. Together, we identify on what you feel is affecting your life—both past and present. We work to build a plan, tools that navigate difficult life situations and create healthier ways of coping at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
