Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and provide mental health services in outpatient treatment settings. I see adults ages 18+ and address ADHD, depression, anxiety, Bipolar, OCD, insomnia, panic attacks, PTSD, and much more.

My approach to therapy

As a clinician, I believe in a holistic approach, by supporting all aspects of emotional, physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing through psychopharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, nutrition, and Complementary/Alternative Medicine. I also strongly believe in collaborating with my clients to set realistic expectations and provide positive outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Psychiatric conditions can be debilitating and sadly there is much stigma around them. My goal is to minimize those difficulties you may have by providing an empathetic and safe environment for you to be heard while finding solutions that help you to thrive and function beyond your diagnosis.
