Great to meet you!

Welcome to a space where mindfulness, compassion and mental health meet. I am a Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist & toddler mom with 8 years of experience providing psychotherapy, psychoeducation and support to adults, parents & children 0-4. I am trained in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Practical Resources for Effective Postpartum Parenting (PREPP), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) & Restorative Yoga level 1. I support individuals going through life transitions including: planning for parenthood, pregnancy, postpartum, transition back to work, identity shifts post-baby, relationship changes, new jobs, new careers and navigating relationships.

My approach to therapy

I use both holistic and evidenced-based modalities in my practice to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Sessions will include creative prompts where I offer assessments, psychoeducation, facilitate verbal & somatic interventions which are tailored based on your unique experience. Together we will review your timeline, identify transitions, discuss expectations vs. reality, create goals and identify your support system. You are the expert of your story/life experiences and we will work collaboratively to understand your thoughts, relationships & actions.

What you can expect from me

Healing isn't always comfortable but I take pride in creating a safe space for clients to come as they are and allow curiosity to guide their process. Let's slow down, breathe, explore and regulate our nervous systems together!
