I think so often we find ourselves walking through life at 85 percent -- 85 percent happy, 85 percent fulfilled, 85 percent peaceful. I'd like to raise that to 100 percent! My style as a therapist is very down-to-earth, very focused on honoring the person you already are, and helping to uncover more layers that can make you the best version of yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing almost 20 years. My specialization is with helping people adjust to whatever life has thrown at them, improving how to cope, and how to soar! If my schedule says it is full, Reach out to me directly. My clients should leave my session feeling better about themselves and their lives, even if sometimes that means having to think about things in a way that can be hard. No matter what, every client should always feel valued and worthy. Each session will very likely also include a poodle.
