Great to meet you!

I am an LGBTQIA identified Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience. I hold a Masters Degree in Community counseling and I have worked with various populations including adults, children, and military service members and their families during my time in the field. Currently I am only servicing adult clients age 18+. I am a culturally competent affirming therapist that will provide a safe, non judgmental space for all clients.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my goal is to help you on your path to healing. I will work collaboratively with you to challenge negative thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be interfering with you living your best life. I utilize evidence based techniques and therapeutic tools to set you on a path to healing and wellness. My primary modalities used include CBT, Solution Focused, and motivational techniques.

What you can expect from me

I hope you leave each session feeling heard, seen, and safe. I believe therapy should add value to your life and I will do my best to make the most of our time together. We will work on your treatment goals and evaluate your progress along the way. I will challenge you as needed and push you to the do work necessary for positive change.
