Great to meet you!

I have my Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I began working my clinicals in 2005, 19 years ago, pre- license. I graduated in 2006 and was licensed in 2006 as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I currently hold licensure in California as well as Arizona. I have experience working with children, teens and adults.

My approach to therapy

In creating a safe space, I will help you process the thoughts and feelings that emerge to gain a better understanding of your strengths, your resiliency and your innate ability to heal. After all, you are the expert on you and it is through this self discovery that you develop insight and a better understanding to illicit change and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

In working collaboratively, we will identify strengths. Building upon these strengths will help us to address the areas of change you identified at the onset of therapy.
