My approach
I am a skill-based therapist who uses solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy to assist with challenges surrounding anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and sadness brought on by work, school, life, familial, or relational obstacles. Iuse talk therapy supported by mental wellness psychoeducation in the form of therapy homework so you have resources to use outside of the session.

I have years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I strive to help improve self-esteem, self-care, communication, coping skills, feelings identification and feelings management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. and more.

I attempt to foster an environment that is relaxed, soft, warm, respectful, kind, understanding, while challenging unhealthy behaviors and habits.
My journey to mental healthcare
I began this career at age 20 when I obtained a job at a residential treatment center for foster youth and fell in love with the potential and possibility for healing from pain and life challenges.
My goals for you
My primary goal is for you to feel better as soon as possible. Discomfort in uncomfortable! I periodically ask clients what their strengths and obstacles are so that collaboratively, we can use developed skills to assist you in areas that need improvement to help you attain your life goals.
