Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the mental health and development of infants, young children, and their families. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to better understand children's behaviors, strengthen relationships, and support healthy emotional development. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care, and I tailor treatment to each family's unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, behavioral concerns, developmental differences, medical stress, or parenting challenges, I'm here to help your family build confidence and lasting skills.

My approach to therapy

I believe children do well when they have supportive relationships and caregivers who understand the "why" behind their behaviors. My approach is evidence-based, developmentally informed, and collaborative, combining practical strategies with a deep understanding of children's emotions, relationships, and development. Depending on your family's needs, treatment may include parent coaching, parent-child sessions, play-based interventions, or individual work with your child. Together, we'll build on your family's strengths while creating realistic, sustainable changes that fit your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin understanding your family's unique story. We'll discuss your concerns, your child's strengths, and what you're hoping will be different as a result of therapy. Together, we'll develop a shared understanding of the challenges you're facing and create a treatment plan tailored to your family's goals. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of the path forward.
