Great to meet you!

With ten years of experience in psychological evaluation and counseling, I support children and adults in working toward meaningful personal and functional goals. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and those with executive functioning challenges, including Autism and ADHD. My work focuses on helping clients make measurable improvements in social functioning and increase productivity in their home, academic, and professional lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible, in that it is collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I provide structured skill-building and practical strategies that support measurable progress in daily functioning. Throughout treatment, I prioritize clarity, consistency, and collaboration to help clients better understand their strengths, challenges, and pathways toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for clients to ask questions, introduce themselves, and discuss their goals for therapy. Clients may also share background information that is relevant to their current concerns and future goals. This initial meeting helps establish a clear understanding of priorities moving forward.
