I am a marriage and family therapist, licensed to provide online marriage and individual counseling for residents of Washington, Oregon and California. I have been providing individual and marriage counseling for over 16 years. I work with individuals who experienced trauma. I also help couples, who struggle with marital distress, communication problems and infidelity, in their journey of restoring trust and rebuilding loving bonds.

My marriage and individual counseling approach is grounded in compassionate and effective principles of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Imago Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Therapy Method and Trauma Focused Therapy.
