Great to meet you!

Seeking support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered from the very start. I am a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, and one of the reasons I chose to serve was to better understand people’s struggles from the inside out. Today, I bring that perspective into my work as a therapist. I focus primarily on trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I’m committed to meeting each client exactly where they are.

No matter what you bring into session, I will show up ready to support you and help you navigate it. I tailor my approach to each individual because I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all — your experiences, needs, and goals matter. With compassion, practical tools, and genuine understanding, we can work together to help you move forward and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert of yourself, even if you feel lost or confused or struggle with insight. In my sessions you will be heard and validated in your journey. I foster a safe environment that is tailored specifically for you. I encourage you to reach understanding and growth, gently and at your own pace while accomplishing your goals and overcoming your challenges.

What you can expect from me

Congratulations on showing up for yourself and starting this journey! I will be asking you questions our first session so I can get an idea of who you are and what we will be working on. The first session will be different than the rest because I will be asking you basic background information, and setting the path to what we will be working on. This is your journey, and the first session will be you informing me on YOU! So stick with it! I am excited to meet you! The following sessions will be guided by your goals and your needs. Together we can tackle your challenges and help you live a life with tools that foster growth and a better quality of life, eventually, with the ability to tackle challenges on your own.
