Great to meet you!

I began as a teacher and since 2018 have worked as a therapist. My clientele have come from diverse backgrounds. I have worked with my clients to resolve symptoms of depression and/or anxiety. Often these symptoms have resulted from trauma. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Somatic practices. I enjoy working with a variety of people and populations but have specific experience with first responders, military and young adults.

My approach to therapy

I believe there are unique and important aspects to every person and that this requires a tailored approach for treatment. I support clients in making changes and adjustments when life brings difficult challenges. I like to develop tools and insight with clients so they have resources to have the life they want. My favorite part of being a therapist is witnessing the strength of individuals finding recovery and discovering unique paths toward fulfillment, peace and joy in their lives. I consider it an honor to engage in this work

What you can expect from me

The focus of our first session will be to begin to develop a warm and positive connection and to establish a plan to meet the needs of the client so that the beautiful work of therapy can begin.
