Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Congratulations on starting your journey. I have been engaged in clinical work for over 15 years. I work with adults, teens, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, women's issues, trauma, and parents of special needs and neurodivergent children. When I'm not in the therapy room, you can often find me with a good personal development book, immersed in a restorative sound bath, or cheering on my children at their activities.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic, holistic approach, to treatment that honors each client's unique needs. This flexible framework allows sessions to adapt to the client's evolving needs rather than forcing them into a single model. By considering emotional patterns, thought processes, past experiences, relationships, and overall wellness, treatment supports meaningful insight, practical coping skills, and growth in a way that feels collaborative, empowering, and deeply personalized.

What you can expect from me

In our fist session, you can expect a warm, supportive, collaborative space where you are met with compassion and non judgement. We will spend time getting to know you-your concerns, what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment.

Sessions are paced to help you feel safe and understood, while integrating strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy, alongside a psychodynamic and holistic approach with the mind-body connection. You are not expected to have it all figured out; the first session is about building trust, gaining clarity, and beginning a therapeutic partnership tailored to your needs.
