Great to meet you!

I provide therapy in a solution focused, skill building manner. I plan to help you move toward change both emotionally and behaviorally. We will work towards goals that you have chosen to improve your emotional health and well being.

My experience includes working with people experiencing anxiety and depression. I have worked with more complex symptoms and in crisis services. Over my more than 30 years experience I have been continuously grateful for clients that allow me to be of service.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am solution focused and direct. I use eclectic therapy but the prime focus is cognitive behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I would like clients to take skills to practice between sessions. There will likely be homework.
