My approach to therapy

I practice an integrative, holistic approach to therapy that incorporates mind, body and spirit to maximize our time together and put all the pieces together in achieving your personal growth. I use many methods such as cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and family systems, seeing people as part of a bigger system. When the system is breaking down somewhere, I can see system solutions to better problem solve as together we look at options to help you live the life you dream of.

What you can expect from me

More empowered with a better understanding of themselves and many new ways of coping and conquering the issues that brought them to counseling.
