Ann Butcher

My name is Ann Butcher. I graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2014 with the intent to help those who struggle with their mental health. I have worked with children, teens and adults who have experience some form of trauma. I also have work with families who have been involved with Social Services, Foster Care and/or the Court System.

I use a trauma-informed approach that focuses on the experiences and challenges clients have faced. I support clients in setting goals that are practical and achievable.

I work to create a comfortable space where clients feel heard, supported and able to build rapport. I encourage clients to identify and explore the goals they would like to work towards in therapy.
