Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist since 2005, and I have a background working with military/Veterans, families, and also specialize in helping with relationship issues. I have a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a master's degree in Social Work. I am licensed to practice in NY & CT.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and honest. I'm person-centered and focus on what the client wants, in order for them to achieve their best life. I respect that I am one piece of their journey, and want therapy to be a positive experience for them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away reflective ideas, challenging ideas to grow with, and new ideas to help them on their path. After a first session a new client should feel a sense of hope for healing and a brighter future.
