Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned professional and have had post graduate training in Gestalt Psychotherapy. I have studied bio-behavioral interventions while interning at South Oaks and worked with severe OCD, addictions and eating disorders.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT and many other forms of therapy modalities to help my clients build self esteem and deal with life stressors, anxiety and depression. I also do dream interpretation to guide clients in understanding themselves better and focus on the relationship one has (or does not have ) with themselves.

What you can expect from me

A better understanding of themselves and how their relationship with self reflects into all aspects of connection.
