Great to meet you!

What patterns keep repeating in your life, even when part of you wants something different? I work with infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, with a particular focus on experiences that are hard to put into words: the quiet accumulation of feeling disconnected or unseen, questions around adoption and family origins, infertility, the emotional weight of becoming a parent, and the grief that comes when life takes an unexpected shape. A lot of what brings people to therapy is not a single event. It builds. I trained at UCLA and bring both clinical depth and genuine warmth to this work.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we look at the patterns that keep showing up: in your relationships, in how you respond to stress, in what you tell yourself when things get hard. Understanding not just what is happening but why, and how early experiences and relationships are still shaping the present, is at the heart of how I work. This kind of therapy is reflective but grounded. We move at a pace that feels right to you, and I stay close to what actually matters in your life. If you are navigating the transition into parenthood, a loss around fertility, or something from earlier in your life that keeps finding its way into the present, this work can offer real clarity.

What you can expect from me

We'll begin with what brings you in and what you're hoping to explore. I'll ask some questions about your background and current life, and you'll have time to ask anything you want to know about how I work. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, and with a sense of whether working together feels right. When you're ready, I'd love to hear from you.
