Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Ann Cook, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker . I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals and families. I use a holistic, compassionate approach that honors the whole person while also focusing on practical tools and meaningful solutions. Together, we work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I specialize in trauma and grief and integrate somatic therapy, trauma-focused CBT, prolonged exposure, DBT, and CBT, with a solution-oriented focus. I work with children and adults, meeting clients and families where they are while supporting healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe, comfortable space for you to share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any current challenges, while also reviewing important background information. Together, we’ll begin to outline a collaborative plan for therapy and discuss next steps, ensuring you feel supported, heard, and clear about the process moving forward
