Great to meet you!

Hello there and thanks for stopping by! I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2008 and have been in practice ever since. Helping people to feel welcome and relaxed in a setting focused on developing a plan is always an adventure I enjoy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is solution focused, non-judgmental, and open minded and, in my 17 years of practice, I have specialized in LGBTQ+ Care (more specifically, transgender care), schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder, depression, and anxiety. More important than diagnoses however, my real passion for helping others is developing a plan to get from where you are to where you want to be and making that plan as realistic and simple as possible.

What you can expect from me

Like I mentioned before, helping clients figure out where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there with a realistic plan is the focus that makes me a good therapist.

I look forward to working with you!
