Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with 14 years of experience supporting teens and adults through anxiety, trauma, and the emotional challenges that can arise during difficult seasons of life. I help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and develop practical tools to feel more grounded and confident.

Clients describe me as warm, calm, and easy to talk to. I believe people often carry more strength and insight than they realize, and therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and create meaningful change. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor our work to what best fits your needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, steady, and personalized. I focus on helping you recognize patterns, build effective coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. My goal is to provide an environment where you feel understood and supported as you work through difficulties, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to work on, and what feels most important right now. I’ll ask questions about your history and current needs while making sure the process feels comfortable and manageable.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Together, we’ll identify goals and create a plan that feels aligned with what matters most to you—whether that’s easing anxiety, healing from difficult experiences, or feeling more like yourself again.
