Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you want to live? I offer a compassionate, supportive space to help you work through life transitions, anxiety, stress, or past experiences that may be holding you back. Whether you're navigating a big change, struggling with self-doubt, or looking for more meaning and balance, you're not alone — and therapy can help.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered, integrative approach that draws from mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Together, we can explore patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and build practical tools for lasting change. My style is collaborative and grounded — I believe that healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're new to therapy or returning to it, I’ll meet you where you are. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect!
