Hi there! Taking this step to reach out for help is one of great courage, and I am so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and my primary area of focus is complex trauma. After obtaining my Master’s degrees in Counseling and Criminology & Justice, I received training to work with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. I also provide couples counseling and use a family systems lens to explore each partner’s role in their relationships.

I believe we all have the potential to evolve and to change patterns that no longer serve us, and supporting you on your personal journey would be my pleasure. I strive to create a welcoming and warm space where clients feel safe to explore the deepest parts of themselves free from judgment.

I provide trauma-informed care to adult individuals and couples in Louisiana, and I am currently offering virtual counseling services. My goal is to support and to empower you to heal, to meet your therapeutic goals, and to transform into the person you want to be.
