Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Ann. Anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management are central to my work. With 10 years of counseling experience, I support both youth and adults as they navigate the many opportunities and challenges life can bring. As a school guidance counselor, I bring a steady, compassionate presence and enjoy helping clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT and DBT techniques to facilitate grounding when a client feels overwhelmed. When appropriate, I use Inner Child Healing techniques to help heal past pains that are showing up now. I am here to hold space and be present as we explore what you are feeling.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk through what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals for our work together. We’ll also discuss any questions or expectations you have so that you can leave with a clearer sense of next steps and how I can support you.
