Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome! I'm a therapist who supports folks looking to deepen their relationships, experience more fun in their lives, and reconnect with their identity. You might have tried therapy before, and still struggle with anxiety or depression, even after gaining more insight. Much like myself, many of my clients have an overcontrolled coping style. This overcontrolled perspective often comes with huge strengths in achieving ambitious goals, juggling a busy schedule, and privately coping with big feelings. We can celebrate where you excel and explore how this coping style might leave you feeling stuck, depleted, or burnt out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in tangible skills. I draw from Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), and embrace the dynamics that emerge in our therapeutic relationship. My clients and I work together to strike a balance of deeper emotional processing and practicing tools for day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

My greatest priority is working alongside you as an advocate and collaborator. I empower my clients to reconnect with their intuition. We'll follow the paths that emerge naturally and I will be there to offer new insights and structure along the way. I invite you to reach out if you think my approach might be helpful to you.
